Our Baking and Confectionary training offers our learners practical skills in baking products not limited to bread, biscuits, cakes and different types of baking.

The anchor bakery in Biaba, under the Makhado Municipality serves as our practical sites which also serve the local community and a local school.

The division has partnerships with local franchise such as Debonaires and Spar.

Specialized Health Foods

BLC Academy has established a food division that produces specialized health foods such as kimchi, white and red sauerkraut. These foods are targeted at the higher end of the retail market and will be available on online platforms.

Meat Processing Training

The company also provides training in meat processing which includes preparing and cutting different carcasses into primal cuts and deboning skills. We have partnerships with local butcheries and Spar.
