Each Quarter BLC in Partnership with Lotsha Foundation and the Department of Education Limpopo recognizes the Top 5 Learners within Nzhelele district for high performance.
A Career Day is setup at these events with various exhibitors from SETAs, Colleges and other potential Bursary Funding agencies.
BLC takes each of the Top 5 under their wing and provides a guiding pathway for each one's Career:

BLC provides support in applying for University
Bursary Funding
BLC applies for Bursary funding for the students studies to be sponsored
Mentorship & Employment
BLC Provides mentorship to students and linkages to potential employers
